The Opportunity

As part of the Strategic Operations team your core responsibility is to help companies identity, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to their strategic and operating success. As a Senior | Head Consultant you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on operations strategy, supply chain strategy, and performance improvement, while building meaningful client connections and navigating complexity.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 3 years of experience

Salary range and benefits

• R1 250 000 – R2 250 900 per year
• Plus, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. 
• Actual compensation withing this range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications and applicable employment laws.
